REFUND & RETURNS

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all VoltGuard products. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us and we will make it right — no questions asked.

01 Return Eligibility
Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Item must be in its original condition — undamaged and with original packaging if possible
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) required
02 How to Return

Email us at voltguardstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions.

Do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.

01 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once dispatched.

03 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by signing into your account and visiting My Orders. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, please contact us.

04 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at voltguardstore@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the order is confirmed lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

05 Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

WARRANTY POLICY
📅 Effective: June 2026 🛡 18-month coverage

Every VoltGuard unit comes with an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

01 What Is Covered
Failure to cut power at full charge due to internal sensor defect
LED indicator failure
USB-C connector damage present upon delivery
Any manufacturing defect that affects normal product function
02 What Is Not Covered
Physical damage caused by dropping, bending, or impact
Water or liquid damage
Damage caused by use with incompatible or non-standard chargers
Normal wear and tear over time
Damage caused by attempts to repair or modify the unit
03 How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, email us at voltguardstore@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A description of the fault
A photo or short video showing the issue

We will review your claim within 2 business days. Approved claims will receive a free replacement unit shipped at no cost to you.

04 Warranty Period

The 18-month warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase date.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or pricing errors.
